The structure of the source code is designed with regard to XHTML 1.0 Strict norms. The visual presentations have been created using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS 2.1.). The informational value of the website has been maintained without using styles or pictures.

These websites comply with all the important accessibility principles of Blind Friendly Web and WCAG 1.0 level A.

All posted texts are defined in relative units, and their size can be freely adjusted using standard Internet browser tools. Organization and control of these pages is designed both to be accesssible for alternative browsers and for people with specific needs.
