Company history
The first mention of M&M dates back to 1998. It initially had the form of a civil association, which became one of the first but also the largest building materials trading companies. Later, it became a construction company. In Autumn 2004 the notion of founding a Central Europe real estate agency was first born. This project came to exist under the name of M&M reality Ltd. In 2005 the company officially started to create a net of offices throughout the country.
In the first year of its existence the M&M reality Ltd negotiated sales of properties, total sum of which amounted to 1,5 billion Czech Crowns. In order to further motivate the key men of the company and in order to increase credibility in the eyes of the general public the owners decided for transformation into a joint stock company. Since January 2006 the company began to exist under the name of M&M reality holding Inc. In 2006 the first foreign office opened in Žilina, Slovakia. Nowadays, there are 10 offices throughout Slovakia.
